  • Site must be functioning
  • Must not have any popups at the homepage
  • Must not contain erotic related advertisements
  • Must be on a top level domain, not a subdomain
  • Links to proxy listing site(s) must stand still, so without animation.
  • Do not submit proxies that are under construction
  • Proxy sites that redirect to other proxies will get banned
  • Must have a visible backlink to us (On homepage, not on a sub-page):
